Angels foster families commit to loving and nurturing one foster child or (sibling set) until reunification or adoption. Angels focus is on the early attachment and bonding that is so vital in the first 24 months of life. Angels is a non-profit agency, relying on the generosity of the community, foundations, and individuals.
